The owner of the webstore www.furlin.ee (hereinafter Webstore) is OÜ Furlin (registry code 14390105), located at Ranniku põik 16 Tallinn, Merivälja, Estonia.

Validity of the sales agreement, information regarding goods and prices

The conditions of sale are applied when purchasing goods from Webstore.

The prices of the goods sold at the Webstore are indicated next to relevant products. Prices will be supplemented by the charge for delivery. All prices of the goods sold on the Webstore are shown in euros.

The charge for delivery depends on the location of the Buyer and the method of delivery. The charge for delivery is displayed to the Buyer at the time of placing the order.

Information regarding the goods in Webstore is shown right next to the goods.

Placing an order

Goods are ordered by adding the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, the Buyer shall fill in all required data fields and select suitable method of delivery. After that, the amount of fee will be shown on the screen, after which it is possible to make a secure payment by using one of the following methods of payment:

  • Pay with Invoice (you will receive a separate Invoice with payment instructions)
  • Pay at Furlin (pay in cash at Furlin store)
  • Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay

NB! When using bank link to pay for goods, make sure you press the button “Back to the Merchant” after making the payment on relevant bank’s website.

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Webstore, in a secure environment, such as secure site of relevant bank when using a bank link or a secure environment of Maksekeskus AS when making a credit card payment. The Vendor has no access to the Customer’s bank and credit card data. The contract enters into force upon the receipt of the amount to be paid to the Webstore settlement account.

The owner of the webstore is the Controller, who forwards the personal data necessary for making the payments to the processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered because the goods have run out or for any other reason, the Buyer will be notified at the first opportunity and the money already paid (including the charge for delivery) will be returned to the Buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the message.

Deliveries

Goods are delivered to all countries.

In order to receive the goods, the buyer can select from the following methods of delivery: Omnica package machine, Omniva or DHL courier.

All orders above 100€ will be shipped free in Estonia to Omniva package stations.

Shipping costs of the goods will be incurred by the Buyer and relevant price information is displayed near the method of delivery.

As a rule, the deliveries made in Estonia arrive at the destination determined by the Buyer within 7 business days after the sales agreement enters in force. Deliveries outside Estonia will be completed within 9 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, we have the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into in e-store within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal person.

In order to exercise the right of return within 14 days, the ordered goods must not be used for any purpose other than that necessary for checking the nature, properties and functioning of the goods in the manner that is permitted for trying out the goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than that necessary for checking the nature, properties and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of usage or wear and tear, the Webstore has the right to reduce the amount to be returned in proportion to the decrease in the value of the goods.

In order to return the goods, the buyer shall submit an application for withdrawing the purchase, the form of which is available here and send it to the e-mail address info@furlin.ee no later than within 14 days after receiving the goods.

The costs of returning the goods are incurred by the Buyer, except in the case where the reason for return consists in the fact that the product to be returned does not comply with the order (e.g. wrong or defective product).

The Buyer shall return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the application for withdrawal or submit a proof of handing the goods over to the carrier of the goods during the aforesaid period.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the Webstore shall, without delay but no later than within 14 days after receiving the application for withdrawal, return to the Buyer all the payments received from the Buyer under the contract.

The Webstore may refuse to make repayments until receiving the object of the contract or until the Buyer has provided proof that he or she has returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

If the Buyer has expressly selected the method of delivery that differs from the cheapest and most common method of delivery offered by the Webstore, then the Webstore does not have to return to the consumer the amount exceeding the cost related to regular method of delivery.

The Webstore has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the Buyer to return the goods if the price of the goods at the Webstore has been erroneously marked significantly below the market price of the goods.

The right to lodge a complaint

The Webstore is responsible for the goods sold to the Buyer, if such goods are defective or not in conformity with the contract, and such defect was present already at the time of handing over the goods and manifests within two years after delivery of the goods to the Buyer. During the first six months after the delivery of the goods to the Buyer, it is assumed that the defect was present already at the time of the delivery of the goods. The rebuttal of relevant assumption is the obligation of the Webstore.

The Webstore is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of goods to the purchaser.

If the goods purchased from the Webstore have any defects for which the Webstore is responsible, then the Webstore will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Webstore will return to the Buyer all the charges incidental to the sales agreement.

The Webstore replies to the complaint lodged by the user in writing or in a format which can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data

The Webstore uses the personal data entered by the Buyer only for the purposes of processing the order and delivering the goods to the Buyer. The Webstore forwards personal data to the companies providing transport services for the purposes of delivering the goods.

The Webstore will send newsletters and offers directly to the Buyer’s e-mail address, if the Buyer has consented to receiving direct marketing communications by entering his or her e-mail address on the website.

The Buyer can unsubscribe from offers and newsletters sent to his or her e-mail any time by letting us know by e-mail or following the instructions include in the e-mail containing the offer.

Settlement of disputes

If the Buyer and Webstore fail to settle the dispute by way of agreement, then the Buyer has an option to address the Consumer Disputes Commission. Procedural conditions can be examined and request submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Commission is competent to settle the disputes arising from the contract concluded between the Buyer and the Webstore. Examination of the complaint of the Buyer in the Commission is free of charge. siin. Tarbijavaidluste komisjoni pädevuses on lahendada ostja ja Veebipoe vahel sõlmitud lepingust tulenevaid vaidlusi.
